"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They canceled my insurance without reason or notification. When I called requesting them to provide documentation of the event, and to correct records as they are legally required to do, because canceling insurance without a reason or notification is a violation of the law, they refused to do so, also refused to provide contact information for anyone in corporate who might be able to do so, as well as refusing to even provide their name and when I asked for their name they hung up on me and are now refusing my calls."
